I designed various logos for friends and family's organizations. Besides logos, I was able to create a coat of arms.
These were good opportunities for working with clients and creating logos for actual people instead of class projects.
Logos Designs
Crimson Cross
I created a coat of arms for my uncle's video game clan. They already had a clan name, Crimson Cross, so originally the name was on the banner. However, type did not show up in game so we ended up having the
COA without words.
About the design: They wanted red to represent "crimson." A
cross was added to represent their name. A shield was chosen
to represent going into battle since clans do battle in this game.
A dragon was chosen to represent bravery. We decided on a
banner to pull everything together.
Morph eSports
I created a logo for my cousin' video game group. They wanted something modern and bold.
About the design: They wanted cyan since that is a modern color choice as well as white to pair with it. They wanted an arrow to symbolize speed and energy.
Matt David Photography
I created a logo for my mom's coworker. He wanted a logo to launch his own photography buisness.
About the design: He wanted to mimic the shape of a camera, so that's how the outside shape came to be. The vector in the middle is meant to symbolize the inside of a camera, so that's why the M has a circular shape around it.
I created a Discord server logo for my friend. This is a gaming group for niche cultural gatherings.
Jay's Palace of Buzzton
About the design: He wanted something playful and funny, so that's why the bright colors and background were chosen. The mascot is a rabbit from videos my friend made on YouTube. Therefore, I showcased the mascot front and center.
